Minnesota heat wave: Wildfires burn, beaches close

A peacetime emergency has been declared as wildfires burn in northern Minnesota amid the current heat wave. Meanwhile, in the metro, several beaches are closed to swimmers due to high bacteria levels. FOX 9’s Bill Keller has more on the extreme heat.
