Savage grandmother emotional over infant's death at daycare

Julie Muklebust, the grandmother of an 11-month-old boy who died after being allegedly suffocated at a Savage day care last September, gave an emotional statement Wednesday after the arrest of an 18-year-old worker at Rocking Horse Ranch day care.
