Wisconsin sheriff on digging out of snowstortm

Buffalo County Sheriff Mike Osmand joined FOX 9 All Day following a major winter storm in Western Wisconsin. Sheriff Osmand reports that snow totals ranged between 18 and 24 inches across the county. The local highway department has been working nonstop to clear roads, though drifting remains an issue on the bluffs.
