Meeting the artists of Art-A-Whirl

Every year, tens of thousands of people visit the NE Minneapolis arts district for Art-A-Whirl. One of the perks of the event is getting to meet the artists like Elisabeth Heying in the Holland Arts West building who makes her own materials.
