Top Teacher: Baldwin-Woodville's Angela Schmoker honored

FOX 9 kicks off the Top Teacher awards for the year with a surprise stop at Baldwin-Woodville High School in Baldwin, Wisconsin. Mrs. Angela Schmoker, a Family and Consumer Science teacher of over 30 years, was honored with the award.
