Wright County Sheriff's Office launches new program to track responders mental health

The Wright County Sheriff’s Office launched an innovative law enforcement wellness program to help identify and prevent PTSD, anxiety, depression, and burnout among deputies, dispatchers, and corrections officers. Using predictive analytics, a wellness scorecard, and confidential peer support, the program tracks stressful calls and connects employees with mental health resources before a crisis develops.
