Minneapolis ICE shooting: Was Renee Good a constitutional observer?

Renee Good was fatally shot by an ICE agent Wednesday in south Minneapolis. Reports are emerging that she was an official constitutional observer, something FOX 9 has not confirmed. There was a training for constitutional observers Thursday night for what to do in the presence of federal agents.
