American released by Iran amid escalating conflict

Iran released an American citizen who was being held on espionage charges, which President Donald Trump called a gesture of goodwill. Iran then issued a new threat to destroy "all the infrastructure in the region" if the U.S. hits power plants and bridges, as Trump has threatened. FOX's Caroline Shively reports.
