Minneapolis drug trafficking gangs: 25 people face federal charges

Federal prosecutors announced charges against 25 alleged members of two Minneapolis drug trafficking gangs, saying the organizations operated open-air drug markets, distributed fentanyl and fueled violent crime across the city. FOX 9's Karen Scullin has more.
