House GOP calls education bill 'easiest votes that could be taken here'

House Speaker Lisa Demuth and other GOP lawmakers spoke Tuesday about a proposed education bill that opts the state into a federal program where Minnesota tax dollars go to local schools and students at no additional cost to the state.
