Flash flooding in upstate New York

Heavy rain is battering part of the eastern United States this week, causing the National Weather Service to issue flash flood warnings in several cities. Parts of the region received up to 10 inches of rain with the possibility of additional rainfall later. FOX 9 meteorologist Cody Matz has the latest on the flash flooding.
