Rochester police shoot man after grabbing officer's gun

Rochester police say a man was reported to be having a mental health crisis and placed him on a 72-hour hold, but while attempting to take him into custody, the man grabbed an officer’s gun. Another officer then fired their weapon, fatally striking the man. FOX 9’s Bill Keller reports.
