5,000 carved pumpkins light up Minnesota Zoo this fall

The Minnesota Zoo's Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular is returning this fall, bringing more than 5,000 glowing carved pumpkins to the newly expanded trail in Apple Valley. The event runs Thursday, Sept. 25 through Saturday, Nov. 1. This year's event introduces a trivia theme, with pumpkin artists hiding answers along the trail. Tickets range from $19–$30, with children ages 0–2 admitted free. Nonmember parking is $10 per car.
