Vance Boelter back in court on Friday

Vance Boelter, the man charged with plotting to kill state lawmakers, including House Speaker Melissa Hortman, is due back in court on Friday. This comes just one day after State Sen. John Hoffman and his family filed a civil lawsuit against him. FOX 9's Bill Keller has the latest.
