Man suspected of arson in Spokane, Washington wildfires

Wildfires continue to burn in Washington state, causing major losses in the Spokane area. Now a man is under arrest, accused of starting one of them. Investigators say they've arrested a 37-year-old convicted felon. FOX's Chelsea Torres has more.
