DHS shutdown looms as lawmakers debate ICE reform

Lawmakers return to work this week facing a tough deadline, as funding for much of the Department of Homeland Security is set to expire after Friday. Democrats released a detailed list of demands over the weekend, but with the deadline quickly approaching, there is limited time to reach a resolution. FOX’s Doug Luzader reports.
