Former MN fraud investigator testifies to Senate

Minnesota’s former Manager of Recipient & Child Care Provider Investigations within its Department of Human Services testified before the Senate on Wednesday, saying he was discouraged from flagging programs that were likely fraudulent during his tenure in the position because it would “make the department look bad.”
