Elk River military dad gives daughter teary-eyed ice cream surprise

Mike Crawford, an Elk River native who is an EMT in the U.S. Army, came home over Memorial Day weekend and gave his daughter a teary-eyed surprise. The neighborhood pulled off the emotional surprise with the help of Brain Freeze ice cream truck.
