Minnesota State Patrol honors heroic acts [FULL]

The Minnesota State Patrol honored "the brave efforts of troopers, residents and other public servants" on Thursday - including the dispatchers who helped coordinate the emergency response to the mass shooting at Annunciation School and Church in Minneapolis.
