Ice cream, sweets & dirty sodas arrive in Waconia

A cotton candy artist in Waconia has taken her love of sweets to the next level by opening Coney's on Main Street. The shop will have ice cream, Swedish candy, Minnesota-made chocolate and dirty sodas year-round. Coney's is open Tuesday through Sunday.
