CDC says Cyclospora reported in 45 states

Federal health officials say they've not gotten reports of more than 18,000 cases of Cyclospora across the U.S. It's the severe stomach illness that's been linked to contaminated produce, including lettuce. FOX's Pete Cuddihy has the latest from Chicago.
