Flooding continues throughout Midwest

Despite much of Minnesota working through drought conditions, hundreds of thousands of people throughout the Midwest are currently without power as storms have created excessive amounts of rain leading to flooding in several areas. FOX 9 Meteorologist Cody Matz offers a closer look at current conditions.
