Minneapolis standoff: Deputies encounter gunfire serving arrest warrant

Dawanna Witt with the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office provided an update Tuesday afternoon as authorities have been on the scene of a standoff with an armed suspect since about 11:30 a.m. near the 2800 block of Nicollet Avenue.
