Tom Tiffany recounts Lake Wausau emergency landing

Wisconsin governor candidate Tom Tiffany described the emergency plane landing that sent him and a pilot into Lake Wausau Saturday night. Tiffany said the plane lost power on final approach before landing in the water, where the two escaped the aircraft, called 911 and later swam toward shore before rescuers reached them.
