Hurricanes, tropical storms leave rising death toll and damage

The death toll continues to rise from multiple tropical systems that have impacted the U.S. and Mexico. Hurricane Isaias has been blamed for eight deaths, while Hurricane Simon and the remnants of Tropical Storm Rachel have been linked to six deaths, with five people still missing.
