Volunteers are rebuilding Minnesota's prairie habitat

A group of volunteers in the Northwest Metro are on the hunt for seeds that will restore Minnesota's prairie habitat. Today, less than 1% of Minnesota's prairie habitat remains. Three Rivers Park District started re-planting prairies in 1968 and offers many opportunities for people to join the effort through October at multiple locations.
