Minneapolis leaders debating ordinance over driverless vehicles

Robo taxis, or commercial driverless vehicles, could soon be available in Minneapolis. But there is a newly-proposed ordinance to regulate the companies, and those companies see it as a virtual ban, which could keep them off the streets altogether. FOX 9's Karen Scullin has the story.
