HCAO demands evidence in Alex Pretti, north Minneapolis shootings

The Hennepin County Attorney’s Office on Wednesday said it has filed two Touhy demands for evidence held by the federal government in the fatal shooting of Alex Pretti, and the shooting of Julio Cesar Sosa-Celiz in north Minneapolis. So far, Mary Moriarty says her office has gotten no cooperation from federal authorities.
