Northern Iowa offering 'Neighboring State Rate' tuition for MN students

If you have a high school junior or senior at home, the college search is in full swing and tuition costs are almost certainly near top of mind. Northern Iowa is offering a "Neighboring State Rate" to get Minnesota students south, and it's paying off. Pete Moris, the school's director of university relations, joined FOX 9 News at 5 to explain.
