MN weather: Morning fog clears for a mild Tuesday

Morning fog will clear for a quiet and mild Tuesday with highs in the 60s. Parts of southeastern and northern Minnesota could see some rain showers, while the rest of the state stays dry. FOX 9 meteorologist Cody Matz has the forecast.
