Federal authorities investigating Missouri plane crash

Federal aviation investigators are on the scene of a plane crash in Missouri that killed 12 people Sunday morning. A private skydiving plane went down in a small town about an hour south of Kansas City. FOX's Pete Cuddihy has the latest.
