'Fraud tourists' plead guilty to Minnesota Medicaid scheme

Two men from Philadelphia have admitted to their roles in a $3.5 million fraud scheme against Minnesota's Housing Stabilization Program that prosecutors have called a case of "fraud tourism." FOX 9's Paul Blume has the story.
