Felons may not have to pay for bigger pets in new Minneapolis ordinance

A Minneapolis ordinance that requires felons to pay to have a pet over 20 pounds is likely on its way out. A Minneapolis city committee passed an amendment on Wednesday to an ordinance that made it tough for people getting out of prison to own a bigger dog. Some residents feel that's unfair. FOX 9's Karen Scullin has more.
