Farmers market spotlight: Riverside Farms

The Minneapolis Farmers Market recently opened for its 150th season. The summer season will run through October 31st. A benefit of attending a farmers' market is getting to talk with the farmers and the people who grow our food. One of the vendors who has been a part of the market for 50 years is Riverside Farms in Elk River. It began with two brothers and 96 acres. Now they have more than 450 acres, including 250 acres of sweet corn.
