Minneapolis leaders debate Shotspotter technology

Minneapolis city leaders and council members on Wednesday debated Shotspotter technology and how effective it is. The Minneapolis Police Department wants a renewal and expansion as "Operation Safe Summer" is launched. FOX 9's Karen Scullin has more.
