Minnesota DFL, GOP conventions begin in Rochester and Duluth

The Minnesota DFL and the Minnesota GOP are beginning their conventions this weekend. The DFL convention will be held at the Mayo Civic Center in Rochester and the GOP convention will be held in the Duluth Entertainment Center. FOX 9's Bill Keller has the details.
