Advocates push for more nonfatal shooting units after St. Paul success

Law enforcement officials in St. Paul and Ramsey County say a new unit that investigates nonfatal shootings has lead to success in keeping communities safe, and similar programs should be created across Minnesota. FOX 9's Corin Hoggard has the full report.
