Medicaid fraud suspect released on GPS monitoring

Kaamil Omar Sallah pleaded not guilty to four counts of wire fraud in a federal case involving Minnesota's Housing Stabilization Services program. Prosecutors allege Sallah and his coconspirators fraudulently claimed about $1.4 million in program funds through fake and inflated billing.
