Blue-green algae advisories at Minneapolis beaches

Both beaches on Lake Nokomis are under blue-green algae advisories, something that is not uncommon for Minneapolis beaches. The St. Croix Water Research Station joined All Day to talk about why this happens in the summer and how to identify it.
