Trump swears in Markwayne Mullin as DHS Secretary

President Donald Trump on Tuesday held an event at the White House to officially swear in Markwayne Mullin as the new secretary for the Department of Homeland Security. Mullin was confirmed for the new post in a vote Monday night.
