Minnesota ACLU files federal lawsuit

A class-action lawsuit filed on behalf of the Minnesota ACLU alleges constitutional rights have been violated by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and other federal agents during immigration enforcement throughout the state.
