MN weather: Blizzard conditions Sunday night into Monday

A major winter storm dropped more than a foot of snow over parts of Minnesota this weekend. The snow has tapered off, but strong winds overnight are creating blizzard conditions Sunday night into Monday morning. FOX 9 Meteorologist Ian Leonard has your forecast.
