Shakopee residents harassing Somali home shoppers goes viral on TikTok

A TikTok video of residents in a Shakopee neighborhood is going viral as they’re shown allegedly harassing a Somalian family looking to buy a home. Some are calling it an example or facial profiling and harassment, and it's prompting state lawmakers to respond.
