Teen gambling addiction rising across the United States

More than 40% of American teenagers ages 13-17 say they’ve gambled in the past year. That’s according to research by Rutgers University. Dr. Madeleine Gagnon, a parenting strategist and founder of Pulse Parents, stopped by FOX 9’s All Day to talk about how families should handle it.
