Minnesota participating in nationwide Declaration of Independence

This coming Wednesday, people around the world and the country will take part in a reading of the Declaration of Independence. That includes here in Minnesota. FOX 9’s Leah Beno caught up with a top official in the Minnesota Historical Society to learn what all went into planning the event.
