Dr. Oz: MN submits documents in Medicaid fraud review

CMS Administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz said Minnesota has submitted documents to the federal government as officials continue reviewing claims flagged for potential fraud. Oz said the purpose of the funding deferral is to return the money if the state can demonstrate the claims were properly documented and the funds were appropriately spent.
