MN Farmers Union leader 'concerned' over dairy herd expansion without environmental impact study

Minnesota Farmers Union Vice President Anne Schwagerl expressed her concern over the herd at Riverview's West River Dairy Facility near Morris, Minnesota, planning to more than double in size without an environmental impact study from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.
