Twin Cities gas prices up nearly 17 cents over past week

Drivers in Minnesota continue to feel the pinch at the pump, with gas prices jumping more than 17 cents per gallon over the last week.  Global tensions continue to dominate the conversation over oil and gas prices. GasBuddy’s Patrick De Haan joins FOX 9 to discuss when relief could be in sight.
