MN lawmaker claims Alex Pretti 'brandished a gun'

Minnesota Rep. Walter Hudson, a Republican, made a claim on social media that Alex Pretti "brandished a gun" before he was fatally shot by Border Patrol. Videos of the shooting show Pretti holding a cell phone as he recorded ICE agents in Minneapolis.
