KidStrong gyms arrive in the Twin Cities

KidStrong already has two locations in the metro, Eagan and Woodbury, with a third on the way in Edina. It will open in October. They offer classes for early walkers up to 11 years old. The 45-minute classes are not sport-specific and focus on three pillars: a strong body, character and brain.
